Can you help ?

Postby Manoverboard » Tue Feb 25, 2014 7:21 pm

Hi guys,
First post on this "thread thingy" can anyone give me a good recipe (?) for chicken tikka skewers ?
that would be yogurt and spice marinade then cooked without sauce but with a peanut dip ?
M&S used to do it but alas a long time ago.
Kim.

Haven't tried this one myself, but BBC Food is my usual first stop for recipes.
Looks nice and easy, but no peanut sauce. I thought that was Chicken Satay, but perhaps I'm getting mixed up ?

Use to have them when I was in Holland, it is a peanut sauce, ( well it taste like peanut) I use to make my own, melt the peanutbutter on low heat and add a bit of cream in it and coarse black pepper or sweet chilly.
