I managed to get a full set of this kit for £120 not bad.

Small difference the previous owner decided to repaint the model.

First up, he painted all the upper armour with matt black stove paint.Image

To be honest it doesn't look to bad.

He also repainted the face unit and filled in the lower chin section.

I managed to remove the gold and red, but the black is rock solid and won't move.

So now I'm just wondering what to do repaint the upper sections or leave them. Ill also be redoing the bradding with different colours.

You did really well removing the paint Ian apart from the black. What a bargain :D
