Well done Roy

You have made an excellent model, and agree with what the others have already said   you have defiantly improved you're modelling skill.

I've been so busy with all that I've got on, that I've not commented before on a lot of this years builds. Time just keep flying bye :(

So congrats on a well thought out idea.

I'll be reading all the others ones there finished ;)

Hi roy :)
you did an excellent job on your Phoenix   some great mods and an interesting subject
I really like the Christmas competitions and have also picked up tips and skills from other members. The smaller kits are great and don't take long to build and paint so to a novice like myself your able to learn the different building, painting or weathering skills quicker and when your confident these can then be used on larger builds.
Been reading through all the entires again and there are some really great builds this year, well done everyone
casp :)

You don't need to be so modest, your modelling/painting skills are brilliant   .

I fully agree, the Christmas comp is a great way to learn new skills.

Roy :)
