Thank you a guys.

Roy it was a little pain, trying to cut a straight slot in the blade ends was the worst part as yo can see in one of the photos I had to re-pack the head unit and recut the slots as it went a bit wrong.

But I got there in the end :)

Hopefully today I can get the inside parts and some other bits primed, then get some painting done.

Managed to get quite a bit done this weekend.

Rear Interior before.

After.

I've removed the first seats, as this version has a hook on the underside and as so the front seats are missing inorder to gain access to the cargo doors.

The false roof installed.
Image

Still a little work todo on the doorway as you can see in the photo.

Looking at the false roof from the outside.
Image

I'm not worried about the mess left by the filler, there will be more used once the floor of the rotor unit is installed.

I've also done the air intakes, this is the piece that comes in the kit.
Image

This is what I've done to add the intake filters. First up added the internal roof section.

I found some piece in the spare box.

I can't believe that a year ago you hadn't done any scratch building! Looking good.

Little bit done, not had much time to do any over the last couple of weeks.

Added central fire wall.
Image

Fitted front air intakes, that was a pain to get right.

Extra detail added.

Slight problem lost one of these. :angry-banghead:

So made two new ones from brass rod

Image

Added so much to the top area, needed to make sure it was still level once the wheels are added on the rear.

Not going to get this finished in time, so I've asked Casper to move it to the Aircraft section.

So this build is removed from the comp.

I agree, its going to be a brilliant model. Shame it won't be in the Xmas comp, but it's not worth rushing it.
Cheers
