Metal Earth X-Wing Starfighter

Postby royjess » Thu Jan 19, 2017 9:12 pm

This kit was a present from my daughters for Fathers day last year. I believe that the RRP is around £12.99

It took me all day to build today and the final pic was taken in front of my laptop with the background image which I googled displayed on my laptop.

The first image I took with Tuesdays newspaper in the background to verify that the date of build was recent. Please bear in mind that we don't read the newspapers, it's full of :orcs-censored: , newspapers only serves for one purpose in our house hold and that is to line the bottom of our parrot cages, so in other words, we just add more :orcs-censored: to it :laughing-rolling:

Enjoy

Don't you get free news papers cluttering up your letter box, or from the super markets or outside the estate agents ? It just goes agains the grain having to support the gutter press, even if it's only for your birds to do what's only fitting !!

Up until last summer, we used to get a free newspaper through the door. We still have to purchase ours, we go through just under 3 newspapers a week. We order 3 copies on line with our weekly shop. We line each cage with 7 sheets and remove one daily and when we get to the last sheet, we than give the cages a good clean. There is nowhere locally that gives away newspapers. Even the free one we used to get through the door, you had to purchase if you want a copy form the local newsagents.

Thanks casp, the first one was tricky, but the more you do, the easier they get as you start to get the hang of them :D
