Rear end! As said. Very good detailing! The engine pods on the end are not fully pushed in as I need to light them up!

Elevator car 1 constructed. Again just push fitted together as I haven't yet decided what to do with these. There are four of them all together!

Some nice detailing again! Some of my pics are slightly out of focus because these vehicles are so tiny being 144 scale!

Just a quick update. Here is the cabin as supplied. There are certain parts missing but can be sorted. Next pic shows what needs to be added as far as I can see from watching the videos!

Here are the parts that need to be added. Fire extinguishers, Control panel, White light, and a door to the right. These are just rough CGI ontop of pic to show where the bits go!

More mods to the cabin area. All fibre optics fitted in place. Had to drill loads of tiny holes after cutting off the moulded details! Each fibre optic has a relevant transparent colour depending on where it fits on the control panels! Some of the lights flash, some don't! You have to watch relevant videos to see what does what!

Underside! Lots of fibre optics which have yet to be fixed into the relevant LEDs. There are 5 LEDs that flash randomly and one that doesn't!

Close up of control panel showing levers and switches. They are slightly over size but I'm happy with them. Besides they will be a bit hidden in the cabin!

Shot taken with seats temp fitted to cabin! Actually I think the figure is a little small! I know Thunderbird 2 is huge but he looks a little under scale! Note the new door fitted and a bit of piping!

Overall view of cabin area! Note the control panel at the back on the left! Also fire extinguishers! These are slightly oversize so I might change them!

Top view showing the fibre optic lights and added mods! Overall I'm pretty pleased with the results! It will hopefully look pretty impressive when the lights are going!

A bit more work on the TB2. Fitted two micro geared motors to operate the lower hatch door and winch. Both motors came out of old defunked camcorders.

Close up of motors. Door is operated by a pully system using thin nylon wire and under tension. Winch just winds string up and down. Both these systems as with all other additional systems will be operated by an 8 channel IR system similar to the one supplied with the kit.

Cut out dark semi transparent panels in lower windows and fitted semi clear windows instead. These will house the cameras and internal lighting when the bits arrive.

Underside of lower section showing door. I will also be drilling out the jet thrusters and fitting ultra bright LEDs.
