Iron Man Test

I have issues 1 & 2

Having read the build instructions and checked the parts there are a few discrepancies but nothing that cant be overcome.

issue 1 - the helmet - differences, in the mag the led support and battery box are shown as being white whereas they are actually red

issue 2 - the left foot - differences again the led support and battery box are shown as white in the mag but are red. also the two washers are shown as white but are also red plus some of the screw designations are wrong as you will see.

the led diffuser is then clipped into place

next up the leds are pushed into the led support and then screwed into place

The helmet support was the attached to the base plate

according to the instructions the base plate was to be screwed to the bottom half of the helmet before the switch is screwed into place BUT it was easier to attach the switch beforehand and then attach it to the lower half

The switch activator was then assembled

the activator was slotted into the lower half then the two halves joined together

The batteries were then inserted and the cover put on

The visor and clip were added to the faceplate

finally the faceplate was put in place (its held on with a magnet)

overall a relatively easy build but a bit fiddly in places

Issue 2 - The left boot

next the switch/battery box is fixed in place. The instructions say to use a DM screw to hold the switch in but it is actually a CM screw that is used, an AM screw is used to hold the battery box in

the led is inserted into the support and then the heel is bolted to the top of the boot. the instructions say to use BM screws but it is DM screws that are used.

The toe cap is then fitted. instructions say to use CM screws but EM screws are the correct ones.
