The leader of the Tashkent

I present to you our design. The Soviet leader "Tashkent", as of 1942. Scale 1 / 100. At the moment, is assembling a test model.

Now thats looks a good model to be building.

That what amazes me still. The sheer amount of different ships, classes, types etc that were around WW2.

Add-ins are made by hand to work out a master model.

Does look very nice.

Is it me, or possbly the angle of the photo- but the propellors look really big.

I think it's the angle of the photo, or something to do with the CAD drawing as the bow looks short as well. The actual model looks spot on compared to the photos of the real ship.

I have not decided to do partwork or kit. Propellers just seem large, in fact everything was done on archival drawings.
