Fine Molds 1/48 TIE Fighter

Postby Jinnai » Mon Oct 07, 2013 3:07 am

Hi Guys.

Been pretty busy this year, with work, with relationships, and most importantly I've been attending the gym and managed to lose 30kg over the past year. I must admit I've gotten quite addicted to training! :laughing-rolling:

But I've been slowly plugging away at models over the past year, and I've finally managed to finish my first kit in 6 years.

Given my love for Star Wars, I have most of the Fine Molds kits (I used to have them all before everything got stolen, been slowly working back up to that level) and it was a given that I would choose one to be my first finished kit.

So here's my TIE Fighter to share. :)

Sadly during photography the flat black for the solar panels picked up every bit of dust and grit possible. I managed to get most of it off, but it was kinda tricky!

Thanks for looking!

Excellent work. A K from me too :D

The grey ( black ?) wash brings out the detail beautifully !
Cheers
