Ah! Maybe Steve if his wife will let him!

Maybe we should form our own IPMS group for the website and take a table to show off what we can do! Can only be good publicity, and a lot of Partworks have plastic in them!

John b said he's going on the saturday. A few years back myself, Mark our esteemed host, Fairey Swordfish and two others had a table of partworks models at the Yeovilton air museum, from what I can remember there wasn't much interest from the public :(

Yep I'll be there Saturday, have a prior engagement on the Sunday

If anybody happens to see the Studio27 etched set for the Tamiya NS500 bike, please can you buy it for me. Any price up to £25. I’ll settle by PayPal or bank transfer, with postage to a U.K. address and I’ll include the price on a pint as thanks.

I believe the parts number is FP1206
Cheers

Thanks Casper. I’m not sure if it’s still in production, but I’d really appreciate it if you come across one.

My father and I will be constructing a carry box out of plywood.

This means that I will be attending both days of the show, but will be travelling on both days as I have a parade on the Sunday Morning.

I can't think why they would choose remembrance weekend for the show. Many model builders can't attend because they have reunions and parades that weekend. Also, there are quite a few traders that have been told there is no space for them, despite travelling from overseas for many years to attend the show.

It is time IPMS members told the organisers of this show to find a bigger site with better transport links, parking and accommodation.

It looks like ZM's Old Man is going to be there. This means that the ZM stand is going to be very busy.

For those who are going to be in the show before the IPMS ants get in and wants anything from the ZM stand had better visit before it gets cleaned out by 09:30 :D

I may bring down my ZM kits too. Would IPMS Avon be kind enough, or have some spare space on their table for the J7W1 Shinden and KI-45 for the show? I will be returning on the Sunday to collect the Lancaster from HK Models and can collect those too.

For me it is cheaper to actually travel on both days by train. The hotels are overpriced and just one night is more than both days train fares put together! Also it means that the builds go down Saturday, the stuff bought goes back Saturday night. (Sunday Morning Parade) then the kits return with me Sunday Afternoon after being reboxed!

As the show gets closer time is slowing down..... is it me or is the world stopping?

Will hopefully get there early depends on traffic but from Flintshire it shouldn't be too bad.
Are there any Travel lodge near the venue James, never stayed in on myself but I hear they are reasonable and comfortable.

You won't find any hotel rooms now in or around Telford for the show. If there are any they will be around £150. I have been looking and all that I have looked at are full

Travel lodges in the local areas are from £80 or further away you are from Telford, 17miles you can get a room from £30

Friday and Sunday have the cheaper rooms
