Here we add the brake of the winch which will drive the hook (slightly modified from the 'official' build)

Here we add the two rods (A) which will distribute the movements.

Modifications : added 2 threaded couplings (B) and 2 collars (C)

It's a nice model, but the gearbox is difficult to operate.

I will try to build a variant, with radio-controlled motors.
